Containerized Water Desalination Package; Capacity: 3 x 500 M3/day

Confrérie De La Charité, Amman, Jordan was in need of a containerized reverse osmosis based water treatment plant with a 21 M3/hr RO product flow.

The contract for the installation of the reverse osmosis plant was awarded to UEM. The plant was designed for a RO product output of 21 M3/Hr through a 3 x 3 brine staged array system. To achieve the desired RO product flow, an automatic cleaning strainer system along with multimedia filters was added to the treatment system.

The plant was designed to be automated for the pre-treatment, reverse osmosis system, and the chemical dosing units. Backwashing of the filters was designed to be carried out manually.
