Combined Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant

UEM has implemented a 2.40 MLD (2,400 M3/day) Combined Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant adopting an Activated Sludge Process and an Extended Aeration System followed by Tertiary Treatment for Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd, Delhi on turnkey basis.

The basic scheme includes Screening, Grit Removal & equalization, Primary Clarification / Sedimentation with raw sludge transfer pumps, an Extended Aeration System consisting of an Aeration Tank, a Secondary Clarifier with sludge recirculation pumps, Tertiary treatment consisting of Dual Media Filters & Activated Carbon Filters, a Sludge Thickening & Mechanical sludge dewatering device, as well as other ancillary structures, buildings, road, pathways, yard lighting & storm water drainage, etc.

Our scope of work also covers design, supply, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of a Raw Sludge Transfer Pumping Station and a Recycle Sludge Transfer Pumping Station. Our scope of work also covers design, supply, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of two Raw Effluent Transfer Pumping Stations. One pumping station is 30 meters away from the CETP site at the Phase-I Industrial area and the another is approximately 1300 meters away form the CETP site at the Phase-II Industrial area.
